At Dmitriy's Tile & Stone, LLC, we strive to deliver exceptional tile and stone installation services. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, in accordance with Florida law.
General Policy
Florida law does not require businesses to offer refunds, but it does require clear disclosure of refund policies at the point of sale. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows:

Custom Work: Due to the nature of custom tile and stone installations, all sales are final once materials are ordered or installation has begun.

Deposits: Deposits made to secure services or materials are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been customized.

Cancellations: If a project is canceled before any work begins, a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative and material procurement costs.

Defective Materials: If materials provided by us are found to be defective before installation, we will replace them or issue a refund at our discretion.

Workmanship Issues: If you believe our installation was not performed to industry standards, please notify us within 7 days of completion. We will inspect and, if warranted, correct the issue at no additional cost.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:

Delays due to supplier or shipping issues.

Changes in design after fabrication begins.

Services impacted by third-party contractors (e.g., plumbing or electrical).
Governing Law
​This refund policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, including the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) and Florida Statute §501.142
